{Shotglass Sunday} Hollywood.
This is my newest shotglass! I bought it last week when I was in Los Angeles for the Medtronic Diabetes Advocacy Forum. On Saturday, Lee Ann, Leighann and I toured around Hollywood and Venice Beach, and we stopped by this tourist gift shop across the street from Grauman’s Chinese Theater. I was debating whether or not to get a shotglass, because I already have three from California. But I figured, why not? It’s been awhile since I’d bought a new shotglass and I knew I didn’t have one from Hollywood specifically.
I thought this shotglass was particularly cute because of the movie clapper that says “Life’s a movie… Direct it well” I thought it was a nice little motto, but it still captures what I love about Hollywood, which is movie magic. Plus, the other shotglasses they had at the store were kind of ugly. One was bright pink and just said “Hollywood Star!” Ick.

I haven’t presented the Oscars to my kids yet, but they’ve been sleeping with the woolly mammoth and saber toothed cat each night.

I love that shotglass! It’s pretty awesome.
(And most definitely way cooler than the “Hollywood Star” shotglass…sounds tacky.)
